PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an equipment cost and to reduce a space for installation by compacting a device. SOLUTION: In a hemming device where a work 40 consisting of an inner panel and an outer panel is set in a positioned state and is hemmed so as to caulk an outer peripheral part of the outer panel to a flange of the inner panel, a lower die 12 on which the work 40 is placed, a work presser 30 which is provided so as to be vertically driven in the upside of the lower die and which presses the work 40 against the lower die 12 by being lowered to position the work, and a pre-hemming unit 50 and a hemming unit 60 which are arranged so as to operate for hemming in a peripheral part of the lower die 12, are provided.
