PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress low temperature boiling phenomenon while preventing air from being mixed into piping by providing means for detecting a bathtub installed downstairs, and altering various parameters in the operation control of general baths when upon detecting a bathtub installed downstairs. SOLUTION: The hot water supply heat exchanger 21 of a hot water supply heater 20 is coupled with a water supply pipe 22, and a hot water supply pipe 28 communicating with the faucet at a hot water supply place and having a pressure vessel thermistor 46. A heating branch pipe 31 is provided, on the heating side of a bath heat exchanger 13, with a bath thermal valve 5 and a drain pipe 33 having a drain plug 6 is branched therefrom. A bath return pipe 14 and a bath supply pipe 15 are coupled to the side of the bath heat exchanger being heated and the bath return pipe is provided with a bath circulation pump 16, a bath water flow switch 17 and a bath thermistor 18. The bath circulation pump communicates with one end of a drop pipe 141 having the other end communicating with the hot water supply pipe 28 through a check valve 34, a hot water pouring solenoid valve 48 and a hot water pouring quantity sensor 30. High temperature hot water is conducted to the bath circulation pump side at the time of dropping into a bath.
