PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded article enabling reduction of cost of manufacture and also having excellent dimensional precision, a mechanical strength such as rigidity and high surface smoothness and to manufacture the molded article advantageously. SOLUTION: This molded article 10 is a molded article for sheet guide which is composed of a shaft part 11 and a plurality of guide plate parts 12 so arranged as to be juxtaposed in the direction of the length of the shaft part 11, and the shaft part 11 and the guide plate parts 12 are molded integrally out of a resin composition containing a filler. The surface roughness of a sheet contact region 13 formed of the peripheral surface of the peripheral edge of each guide plate part 12 is 10μm or below. In this manufacturing method, molding is conducted in a state wherein the condition of (Tr-Tm)<=160 deg.C is satisfied, when the temperature of the resin composition injected into a mold is made Tr and the temperature of a molding surface of the mold in a place for forming the sheet contact region 13 of the plate-shaped part is made Tm. |
