PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage tank unit which can be frequently installed even in a narrow land and in which capacity can be readily increased and decreased even after the tank is installed once, and a unit type heat storage tank formed by connecting a plurality of heat storage tank units together. SOLUTION: In a heat storage tank unit 1, a container 2 having one opening part 21 on at least one of six faces of a cubic shape or a rectangular parallelepiped is filled with a heat storage material 5. The heat storage material 5 is heated by a heating medium heated by solar radiation heat through the opening part 21 so that water to be heated is heated by the heated heat storage material 5. A plurality of heat storage tank units 1 are connected together. |
