PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an air mix door of an interior air conditioning unit while improving the accuracy in the temperature adjusting control in a brine air conditioner. SOLUTION: An air conditioner comprises a refrigerating cycle 1 comprising a variable capacity compressor 4, an exterior heat exchanger 5, an expansion valve 6 and a coolant-brine heat exchanging part 7, a heater cycle 2 comprising a hot water-brine heat exchanging part 12 for the heat exchange between the engine cooling water and the brine, and a brine cycle 3 for circulating the brine of a temperature adjusted by the coolant-brine heat exchanging part 7 and the hot water-brine heat exchanging part 12, to an interior heat exchanger 15. A heater core 13 is arranged and connected to the heater cycle 2 in parallel with the hot water-brine heat exchanging part 12, so that the heat exchange between the hot water and the interior air can be also executed by this heater core 13.
