PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply form electrodes in grooves at every partition walls in an independent state. SOLUTION: A first groove 3A not housing ink and a second groove 3B housing ink and emitting the ink from the communicating nozzle orifice are alternately arranged to one side surface of an actuator substrate 2 so as to be mutually separated by a partition wall 4. The first groove 3A is larger than the second groove 3B by 2 or more in an aspect ratio being a ratio of depth and width. By this constitution, when electrodes are formed to the side surfaces of both grooves 3A, 3B by electroless plating, an electrode 5B is formed to the side surface and bottom surface of the second groove 3B. A plating soln. does not reach the bottom surface of the first groove 3A and an electrode 5A is formed only to the side surface of the first groove 3A.
