PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor incorporated type driving unit in a compact and convenient motor-driven welding machine by integral forming a motor shaft and a ball screw shaft in the inside of a motor, shortening a driving unit and reducing a moment of inertia. SOLUTION: In a motor-driven welding machine which is provided with a movable arm or a rocking arm driven with a motor 1, a motor shaft 5 is hollowed to pierce a bail screw shaft 7 through a hollow part, one side of the ball screw shaft is fixed to the motor shaft 5 and a ball screw 10 is provided in the other side of the ball screw shaft 7, and a ball nut 15 which is formed in a pressurizing shaft 11 is meshed with the ball screw.
