PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretchable woven or knitted fabric and a product made from it each having multi-functions comprising the release of negative ions, the utilization of simultaneously emitted far IR light and the prevention of static electricity. SOLUTION: This stretchable woven or knitted fabric or a its processed product is obtained by processing, such as coating, a stretchable woven or knitted fabric 4 or the processed product with a resin composition comprising an antistatic polymer material and a mineral containing a rare earth element or its mixture with tourmaline or a far IR light ceramic powder. Thereby, the fabric or the processed product exhibits effects comprising the release of negative ions in a large amount, the irradiation of far IR light, the neutralization attenuation of the static elasticity, and the recovery action of the human body.
