PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper diaper for adults which allows the easy fixation of far infrared radiation cloth to an application section without the occurrence of the mispositioning of the paper diaper and without using adhesive plaster and bandage. SOLUTION: Far infrared radiation cloth 4 of the paper diaper 1 for adults provided with the far infrared radiation cloth 4 in the expandable abdomen belt part 2 of a waist side 3 has a fabric, the far infrared radiation material which is disposed on the front surface side of the fabric, a tacky adhesive part which is disposed on the front surface side of the far IR radiation material and is directly affixed to the waist and a fixing part which is disposed on the rear surface side of the fabric and is fixed to the expandable abdomen belt part 2 of the paper diaper 1. According thereto, the tacky adhesive part fixed to the far infrared radiation cloth 4 is directly affixed to the waist and, therefore, the mispositioning does not occur in the paper diaper 1.
