MULTITUBULAR HEAT EXCHANGER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive multitubular heat exchanger which requires no thick and heavy hub produced by expensive casting and forging processes and can completely meet extremely corrosive fluid such as a chemical liquid or hot spring. SOLUTION: Extremely corrosive tube sheets 2 are fixed to both the opening end parts of a barrel pipe 1 having through holes 1-2 provided on the peripheral walls of both end parts. A group of heat transfer pipes 4 are fixed and arranged onto the tube sheets 2. The barrel pipe 1 is housed in a plurally divided main body composed of a bolt fastening type resin tubular body which is axially divided into a plurality of parts and having a first heat exchanging fluid inlet 6a and an outlet at both the ends through seal rings 8-1 to 8-3. To both the ends of the main body, a bonnet provided with an inlet 6b and an outlet for second heat exchanging fluid or a second heat exchanging fluid supply piping is fixed.
