PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a decision of occurrence of an earthquake in the case of a fault of an installing state of a gas microcomputer meter or in the case a vibration is erroneously given to the microcomputer meter. SOLUTION: The terminal net controller 1 comprises a deciding means for processing a signal of a seismic sensor 2-A to execute a decision of an earthquake and an output means for outputting a signal of a processed result of the decision of the earthquake to input a signal output of an earthquake decision processed result, thereby displaying and outputting an earthquake signal for shutting off gas only at the time of deciding the earthquake caused by a coincidence of the processed result of the decision of the controller 1 with the processed result of the decision of a microcomputer 3 containing a seismic sensor 4-A. Thus, an erroneous earthquake decision, gas shut-off or earthquake signal outputting is eliminated.
