PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing a parked car from leaving in which an entrance-requesting car can easily come in and can be easily delivered and prevents a parked car from wrongfully leaving, and which is safe for drivers. SOLUTION: In the device for preventing a parked car from leaving comprising a locking part 2 for locking a parked car and a drive mechanism part 4 for rotary drive of the part 2 after the entrance of the car, the drive mechanism part 4 includes a linear movement mechanism 26 and a power transmission mechanism for transmitting the power of the mechanism 26 to a rotation axis 12 of the part 2. In the power transmission mechanism, a torque sensing means 30 is provided to sense the torque applied to a lock plate 14, thereby preventing a torque equal to or exceeding a predetermined value from being transmitted from the mechanism 26 to the plate 14 depending on the output of the means 30.
