PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crane provided with a hanging cargo carrying-in mechanism capable of directly carrying in materials or the like hung up by a crane in the necessary floor of a building frame and completing cargo handling by slinging and detaching working of one time. SOLUTION: A carrying-in boom 3 is pivoted on the edge end of the boom 2 of a crane body 1. A hanging cargo S is carried in a necessary floor by supporting the hanging cargo S on the edge end of the carrying-in boom 3, holding the carrying-in boom 3 in a substantially horizontal state after hanging and expanding and contracting the booms 2, 3. Since the carrying-in boom 3 is provided with a cylinder, which is operated to expand and contract the boom 3 and the length of the wire rope of the crane body 1 is adjusted together with the expansion and contraction operation, the position of a hanging tool supporting the hanging cargo S is held constant. Thereby upper and lower movement of the hanging cargo S at the carrying-in time is prevented.
