PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high efficient gas turbine having high waste heat recovery efficiency, miniaturized, reduced in weight and a cost. SOLUTION: In a gas turbine, a first operating fluid consisting of steam and combustion gas is generated in a first combustor 18, a compressor drive turbine 20 is driven with it; a second operating fluid consisting of steam and combustion gas is generated in a second combustor 38 connected to the compressor drive turbine, a first power turbine 40 is driven, with it; a third operating fluid of low boiling point mixed organic solvents is generated by a heat exchanger 46 by utilizing waste heat energy of the first power turbine, a second power turbine 44 is driven, with it; exhaust of the first power turbine is separated into condensate and low temperature exhaust gas by a re-heater 48, and the condensate is circulated in the first/second combustors.
