PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot hand opening and closing chuck having the operations of a pair of fingers are asynchronous and having the same stopping position of one finger regardless of the size of an article. SOLUTION: This robot hand opening and closing chuck is provided with a pair of fingers 3 to be opened and closed in a forward projected state from a casing 2, and a pair of different pistons arranged in the casing 2 perpendicularly to the opening and closing direction of the fingers 3. The motion of the fingers and the pistons is interlocked with each other through pinions 11, and a pair of pistons are so constituted as to be applied with supplying pressure from both sides in the same direction.
