PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin molded article having aperture holes which is free of occurrence of a weld in a meeting part of flows of synthetic resin and excellent in the properties of surface appearance and in strength. SOLUTION: A wheel cap 1 which has a plurality of aperture holes 15 and comprises a central part 11 formed inside on a resin injection port 2 side of the aperture holes 15, an outer peripheral part 12 formed outside and bridging parts 13 and 14 formed between the adjacent aperture holes 15 respectively is manufactured. In this case, a mold for molding the wheel cap 1 has in its cavity a plurality of projecting bodies for providing the aperture holes 15, a plurality of bridging forming parts for forming the bridging parts 13 and 14, a center forming part for forming the central part 11 and an outer periphery forming part for forming the outer peripheral part 12. The adjacent bridging forming parts have cross-sectional areas different from each other. |
