PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building method of a wooden construction dwelling house high in heat insulation and airtightness which is capable take advantage of good points of a traditional building method and structure of a wooden dwelling, ready for building execution even carpenters are not skilled, capable of coping with shortage of workmen and greatly reducing the construction period, and meeting the standards for high heat insulation, high airtightness and durability. SOLUTION: In a building method, a floor panel, a bearing wall panel 2 a bearing wall panel 2a, a wall panel 2b having a heat insulation material thereon and a ceiling panel 3 which are standardized wooden panels with heat insulation materials thereon, a first floor column 7, a second floor column 9, a first floor bearing wall horizontal member 8 and a second floor bearing wall horizontal member 10 are used. The bearing wall panel 2 is as high as each panel of the bearing wall panel 2a, etc., by employing a frame structure in which the first floor column 7 and the second floor column 9 are of same height except a column of balloon framing, and the first floor bearing wall horizontal member 8 and the second bearing wall horizontal member 10 are of same height.
