PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a sufficient space in a flat condition. SOLUTION: An elevation mechanism for conducting moving between a seating position 20A to position the whole of a cushion 20 to a lower position and a reclining-corresponding position 20B of a condition with the whole arranged in an upper side and in a rear side is provided between a floor F of an automobile and the cushion 20 of a rear seat 10. The reclining-corresponding position 20B of the cushion 20 is set by the elevation mechanism to increase a reclining amount when a back rest 30 is reclined in a condition that the cushion 20 is arranged on the reclining-corresponding position 20B more than a reclining amount when the back rest 30 is reclined in a condition that the cushion 20 is on the seating position 20A.
