PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lavatory unit capable of heating a washroom and drying hair. SOLUTION: In this lavatory unit comprising a sink 1 and a dressing table 2 integrated together, a hot air type heater 3 is mounted at the upper end of the dressing table 2 and a heating operation switch 5 and a hair drier switch 6 are provided on the control board 4 of the hot air type heater 3. The hair drier switch 6 is operated to feed hot air from a hot air outlet 7 by a sufficient amount to make it stronger than it is during heating operation.
