PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely mount a hook part by inserting/fitting an upper end part having a reverse L-shaped bending part of a substantially J-shaped hook part whose upper end is bent forward at a substantially right angle into a blind groove cut from a blind hole punched on a rear surface of a hanging and suspending tool main body to a lower end and covering this blind groove with a pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tape stuck to the rear surface. SOLUTION: A hanging and suspending tool main body 1 is made in the shape of a personified rabbit, for instance, and is molded from an unsaturated polyester resin. On the rear surface, a blind hole 11 is punched and a blind groove 12 vertically extending from the blind hole 11 to a lower end is formed. In these blind hole 11 and blind groove 12, an upper end part having a reverse L-shaped bending part of a substantially J-shaped hook part 2 is inserted, and these blind hole 11 and blind groove 12 are covered with a pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tape 3 made by applying synthetic rubber based adhesive to closed cell polyethylene foaming body stuck to the rear surface of the handing and suspending tool main body 1. A material of a base material of the pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tape is not particularly limited, but closed cell polyethylene foaming body which is capable of absorbing projecting and recessing parts of a surface to be adhered and is excellent in shock absorbing property and creep resistance is suitably used.
