PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly convenient arm type hanger for slacks capable of storing them in a hung state. SOLUTION: Two box type rails are laid at an upper level for use as a horizontal shaft rail C, and a roller type clipper with a roller is attached to the horizontal shaft rail C so as to be movable right and left via the horizontal shaft rail C. The groove on the upper part of the arm type hanger with a rail is inserted in and coupled to the box type rail for moving the arm type hanger back and forth. In this case, when the arm type hanger moves forward, the arm becomes a projected status. Thus, slacks are hung from the arm and moved back for storage. According to this construction, weight is dispersed via a hanger support and stable storage is ensured.
