PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily put in/out a commutation ticket with one hand and to prevent the commutation ticket from being unexpectedly dropped by providing a front frame, with which a holding part is formed for both the front and rear sides of the commutation ticket, successively to a substrate, securing wide over-all window hole to become the inlet of the commutation ticket on an upper surface and securing the outlet of the commutation ticket on a front surface. SOLUTION: A front frame is provided successively for a substrate 2 while respectively securing a wide over-all window hole 4 to become the inlet of a commutation ticket 6 on the upper surface and an outlet 5 of the commutation ticket on the front surface. At the time of use, not only operation for pushing the commutation ticket 6 out of a main body 1 of commutation-ticket holder but also operation for returning the commutation ticket 6 from the wide window hole 4 to the main body 1 of commutation-ticket holder can be easily performed. Then, both front and rear holding parts 31 and 32 are respectively integrally formed and otherwise, when the commutation ticket 6 can be surely held, these holding parts can be divided to right and left as well. Besides, the downside of front and rear curved edges of the window hole 4 is inclined so as to smoothly put in the commutation ticket 6. Further, both the right and left ends of the outlet 5 are separated and elasticity is applied to this part so that the outlet 5 can be opened only when the commutation ticket 6 is pushed out.
