PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding table which eliminates the interference with the leg parts while the folding table for three persons heretofore interferes its leg parts with the knees, feet and legs of persons at the right and left ends and makes the sitting of these persons difficult and also interferes its leg parts with the legs of chairs, making it infeasible to house the three chairs under the table. SOLUTION: Both right and left legs are formed as one leg and are mounted nearer the rear surface side than the center. Cross beams 7 are disposed between vertical beams 3 in order to mount this one leg. Both ends of the cross beams 7 are pinned and the upper parts of the legs are fixed to the cross beams 7. When, however, the table is folded, the cross beams 7 interfere with the vertical beams 3 and, therefore, both right and left ends with which the vertical beams 3 interfere are formed as peak-shaped cross sections and to the structure to allow the nesting in of the cross beams 7. Further, the cross beams 7 are formed to the height at which the cross beams 7 do not interfere with the knees. The parts lower than the middles of both right and left legs are bent outward to a dogleg shape symmetrically with the center line. The lower beams 11 of the legs and casters are disposed on the outer side to avoid the interference of the feet and the legs of the chairs.
