PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the same strong fixing as fixing between bones each other by an operation in a short time even when a valve for an artificial cranial bone is filled at a bone deficit site of the cranial bone. SOLUTION: A plurality of through-holes passing through between both the inner and outer faces 3 and 4 are provided at appropriate positions near the peripheral edge. In addition, an inserting hole into which a short leg positioned on the inner face 3 side of a bone valve 1 among fixing tools 21 inserted into the through-holes is inserted is provided. A fixing tool 21 for fixing bones of a living body each other is bent into approximately 7-shape and the end part on its long leg 22 side is passed through the through-hole from the inner face 3 side and the short leg side is inserted into the inserting hole and the long leg 22 side is bent on the surface 4 of the bone valve 1 and the valve 1 for the artificial cranial bone with this fixing tool is set at a bone deficit part and it can be stably fixed by screwing a screw 30 for fitting from a fitting hole 23 on the long leg 22 side.
