COLOR CHANGING JELLY FOOD

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a jelly food capable of changing the color of the jelly food at the time of eating and enjoying the visual change by including a coloring matter changing the color in an acidic region. SOLUTION: This jelly food contains a coloring matter having characteristics of changing the color in an acidic region and is obtained by suitably combining a jelly food so as to produce >=5 wt.% amount of syneresis when breaking a part of the jelly food with an acidic syrup.
