<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and equipment, which are necessary for the low-temperature separation of air, for removing high boiling point substances and hazardous substances. SOLUTION: In this method and the device therefor, water is adsorbed by using a first adsorbent 24a, 26a such as alumina, carbon dioxide is removed by using a second adsorbent 24b, 26b such as 13X zeolite, and dinitrogen oxide and optionally ethylene are removed by using a third adsorbent 24c, 26c such as binderless Ca exchanged X zeolite, so that carbon dioxide, water, dinitrogen oxide, and optionally ethylene are removed from ' supply airflow.</p> |
