PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive to save the space of the storage place of core segments under the conditions not being used for manufacturing a tire and to reduce the production cost of segments in response to a size. SOLUTION: This vulcanizing mold is equipped with a rigid outer mold having a molding surface for forming the outside shape and a rigid inner mold 3 with a toroidal member 2 having a molding surface 1 for forming the inner surface shape of the tire. In addition, the toroidal member 2 of the inner mold 3 consists of a large number of core segments 5a and 5b movably and radically inward and out. The respective core segments 5a and 5b composing the toroidal member 2 of the inner mold 3 consists of a base core member 6, which is common irrespective of the size of the outer mold, and a changing-over core member 7, which can detachably connect to the base core member 6 and fits to every size and is used exclusively. |
