PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacture of a heat-insulating panel, which represents the manufacture of a large-sized panel proper even to production in a small quantity and many kinds and has high productivity by shortening a mold-release time. SOLUTION: The inside of a box body A composed of frame materials 1 surrounding a periphery and face materials 2, 3 installed onto both surfaces of the frame materials 1 is filled with synthetic-resin foams 4 in the manufacture of the heat-insulating panel 5. The reaction mixture of a polyol component and an isocyanate component is injected into the box body A constituted of face materials 2, 3 and the frame materials 1 in the presence of a catalyst and a foaming agent, the reaction mixture is foamed, and the heat-insulating panel filled with a rigid polyurethane foam having a closed-cell rate of 80% or more is manufactured. Water is used as the foaming agent, polyvalent polyol having mean functionality of 4.0 or more is employed as the polyol component, and isocyanate, which mainly comprises diphenylmethane diisocyanate and/or polymethylene polyphenylene polyisocyanate and has mean functionality of 2.3 or more, is used as the isocyanate component. |
