PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oil composition that imparts an extreme pressure lubricating properties between a tool and a material to be cut, performs efficient and high-speed working and is friendly to the environment by using a composition prepared by adding water and a surfactant to a sulfur-containing extreme pressure agent in working such as perforation, cutting or the like. SOLUTION: A nonmetal working oil composition is prepared by adding, to a sulfur- containing extreme pressure agent, water and a surfactant. The respective components are blended, for example, in a ratio of 40-60 wt.% sulfur-containing extreme pressure agent, 30-50 wt.% water and 5-15 wt.% surfactant. The oil composition is diluted with water at a concentration of about 1% and is used in working such as perforation, cutting or the like. The oil composition is characterized in that it can exhibit the cooling effect that water inherently possesses and does not cause the problem of environmental pollution. The cooling effect is effective in both the cooling of the cutting blade member of a core bit, a blade, a wire saw, a sander or the like and the cooling of the material to be worked such as a building structural member or the like. Further, the reduction of working resistance such as cut resistance and the enhancement of sharpness of the cutting blade member can also be expected. |
