PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make at least, one of the faces of a molded product scratch-resistant and tenaciously integrate the scratch-resistant coating film and a base material resin into one piece. SOLUTION: A raw material for a scratch-resistant coating film is applied to the surface of a first cast molding material 1 and is partially laminated to each other's part from the side of the joint face between the coating film and the first cast molding material 1, while the surface of the raw material for a scratch-resistant coating film is exposed to air. Thus a scratch-resistant coating film 3A with the surface having no sufficient hardness, is formed. Further, the first cast molding material 1 and a second cast molding material 5 are arranged spaced from each other by a gasket 6 in such a manner that the scratch-resistant coating film 3A is positioned inside a casting mold. In addition, a raw material 8 for a base material resin is packed in the casting mold structured of the scratch-resistant coating film 3A, the second cast molding material 5 and the gasket 6. The raw material 8 for a base material resin and the scratch-resistant coating film 3a are sufficiently polymerized through radical polymerization to be integrated into one piece by swelling the scratch-resistant coating film 3A with the packed raw material 8 for a base material resin. |
