PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device for utilizing information such as a map and a building for each era. SOLUTION: An on-vehicle navigation device is provided with a GPS antenna 8, a GPS receiver 9 for demodulating the reception signal of the GPS antenna 8, a wheel speed sensor 7, a speed sensor 14, an azimuth sensor 15, a map data storage part 12 for storing a map for each era and a current map, a position detection comparison part 10 for detecting a vehicle position by map mapping, a data-processing part 11 for generating display data by processing data, a display part 13 for displaying the processed data, and an input part 16 for specifying the era and position of the map, thus displaying a map for each era. The location of a destination being stored in previous topography and a route to that location can be easily verified by displaying the map at that time. |
