PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-coated steel plate for ordinary can which is excellently adapatable for use in various degrees ranging from acidity to alkalinity and is also excellent in preservation of contents, adaptability to painting and printing on the surface, adherence to resin, etc. SOLUTION: An olefine resin layer composed of a plurality of resin layer is provided on the surface which becomes the inside of a can of a surface-treated steel plate, and a resin layer contacting with the steel plate surface of this olefine resin layer is made of a polyethylene resin which is low in melting point and excellent in adhesiveness while being expectable in stress relaxation to an upper resin layer when being treated, and a resin layer contacting with contents in a can is made of a polypropylene resin which is high in melting point and excellent in heat-resisting weldability in fusing on painting and printing while being preventive against cracks that occur to stress-concentrated parts in a surface-active agent and furthermore, in order to ensure surface adhesiveness for the polyethylene resin layer and the polypropylene resin layer which are contacting with each other with an interface formed in between, one resin layer at least at one side of both of these resin layer is made of an olefine resin mainly composed of a resin which is synthesized by using single-site catalyst. |
