PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect a large quantity of condensed water within a muffler body by providing the muffler body with an inlet pipe being situated in a specified position and forming a bent part bypassing a rear axle on an outlet pipe. SOLUTION: The muffler body of a muffler 8 is arranged in substantially horizontal state. An inlet pipe 18 is arranged in a position higher by a prescribed height H1 than an outlet pipe 20. A bent part 36 is formed in a curved shape protruding upward on the outlet pipe 20 so as to bypass a rear axle 6. Since there is no fear of condensed water, even if collected within the muffler body, flowing back to the inlet pipe 18, a large quantity of condensed water can be collected within the muffler body. Further, the condensed water can be prevented from flowing back to the inlet pipe 18. Since the outlet pipe 20 is easily dipped in the condensed water, draining property can be improved to improve the restartability of an engine.
