PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resonator capable of securing constant resonance frequency even when there occurs dispersion in plate thickness of a duct and assembly dimensions of a welded part. SOLUTION: A resonator 20 is welded on a duct 10 in a state where an opening end 22 of the resonator 20 is projected in the duct 10 through a hole 11 of the duct 10 on a mufflind device constituted of the duct 10 forming a gas channel inside and having the hole 11 on its wall and the resonator 20 welded on the duct 10 on the outside in the radial direction of the hole 11 and on the outside of the wall of the duct 10 and the inside of which is communicated to the inside of the duct 10 through the opening end 22.
