PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet bowl cleaning device capable of saving water by preferentially using rain water. SOLUTION: Rain water from a rain water passage 5 and clean water from a clean water passage 6 are selectively introduced to a toilet bowl cleaning passage 11 communicated with a toilet bowl 1, and in addition, the passage is switched so that rain water preferentially introduced. A passage switching means V to select either the rain water passage 5 or the clean water passage 6 and to communicate the selected one with the toilet bowl cleaning passage 11, and a water pressure detecting means S to detect the rain pressure are provided, and introducing water is switched to the toilet bowl cleaning passage 11 by combining the water pressure detecting means S with the passage switching means V. In addition, a control means 9 to introduce rain to the toilet bowl cleaning passage 11 if the detected value of the water pressure detecting means S is not less than a specified value, and to introduce clean water to the toilet bowl cleaning passage 11 if the detected value is lower than the specified value, is provided.
