PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain wrapping paper capable of reducing the volume of wrapping paper waste and further having reducing effect of labor and cost which is spent for wrapping by changing a conventional wrapping manner, which comprises wrapping gift wrapping paper with a gift slip and further attaching the gift slip to the front, from the viewpoint of energy saving and reducing volume of paper used. SOLUTION: This wrapping paper used also as gift wrapping paper is capable of completing wrapping by standardizing paper for wrapping, printing a pattern of gift slip to the center of horizontally long wrapping paper and only attaching the wrapping paper from the upper surface of a gift box, etc., to the side. The wrapping paper can reduce labor which is spent for wrapping and value paper resources and reduce the volume of wastes.
