PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polyamide resin compounds excellent in resistance to pinholing and transparency with reduced formation of fish eyes, and single-layer or laminated polyamide films formed thereof. SOLUTION: Polyamide resin compounds comprise (A) a master batch obtained by melt mixing (a) a polyamide resin with (b) a soft polymer having a torsion rigidity modulus, measured according to ASTM D1043, of 10-1, 600 kg/cm2 at a weight ratio of 40:60-99:1 and (B) a polyamide resin at a weight ratio of 1:99-60:40 with a difference in the melt viscosity measured at 260 deg.C and 91 sec-1 between the master batch (A) and polyamide resin (B) of 0.1-2.5.
