PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a bathing agent from lees of rice wine by concentrating the lees of rice wine obtained as a by-product when sake is produced, through a fermentation process. SOLUTION: Lees of rice wine is subjected to ripe fermentation, and purified water is added to the product and stirred to provide a particulate liquid. Japanese cypress water, a Hypericum erectum Thunb essence, a horse oil, an alcohol, and a jojoba oil are added to the obtained particulate liquid to provide the bathing agent from the lees of rice wine. The bathing agent is characterized by a condensed liquid readily dissolved in the hot water.
