PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the processing efficiency of polishing extensively. SOLUTION: A fixed surface plate 1 driven to be rotated by making a rotary shaft 2 as the center; plural movable surface plates 3A to 3C connected to the rotary shaft 2 through a spline fitting; and a pressing cylinder to press the movable surface plates 3A to 3C to the fixed surface plate 1 by a specific pressure; are provided. Works W1 to W3 are held between the fixed surface plate 1 and the neighboring movable surface plate 3A, and between the neighboring movable surface plates 3A to 3C, and they are polished.
