PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assemble a pressurizing lever by improving the pin hole of a spindle and facilitating the insertion of a support pin into respective pin holes in a state where the pin holes of the spindle and the pin hole of the pressurizing lever are mutually put together in various kinds of nail clippers having the spindle regardlessly of presence or absence of a detent means. SOLUTION: An upper blade body 1 and a lower blade body 2 have elasticity in a direction where the both edge parts 1a and 2a is nearer to and away from each other. The spindle 3 is put through the support holes 6 and 7 of the both upper and lower blade bodies 1 and 2, the head part 8 of the spindle 3 is locked to the lower blade body 2 and also the support part 9 of the spindle 3 is protruded from the upper blade body 1. The support pin 5 is inserted to the pin hole 10 of the spindle 3 and to the pin hole 15 of the support part 14 of the pressurizing operation lever 4 and the support part 14 of the lever 4 is supported in the support part 9a of the spindle 3 by the upper blade body 1. In the pin hole 10, a lock hole part where the support pin 5 is inserted and an insertion hold part extending from the lock hole part toward the head part 8 of the spindle 3 in an axial line direction 3a are mutually and continuously formed. The width of the insertion hole part is made to be larger than that of the lock hole part among the widths in the direction which is orthogonally crossed with the axial line direction 3a in the pin hole 10 and a gap is obtained between the insertion hole part and the support pin 5 in a state where the pin 5 is inserted. Thus, the support pin 5 is easily inserted into the respective pin holes 10 and 15.
