PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the composition for producing a sintered compact using a homogeneous binder free of delamination, with a green compact degreased by short-time heating, by which a sintered compact is obtained without the generation of crack at the time of degreasing and without forming residual foreign matter. SOLUTION: In the composition for producing a sintered compact contg. a sinterable powder and a binder, the binder contains a polyacetal resin A, at least one kind of modified olefinic copolymer B selected from a copolymer consisting essentially of an α-olefine and an α-β-unsaturated carboxylic acid and its metal salt and an auxiliary binder component C. In 100 vol.% of A plus B plus C, A is controlled to 10-60 vol.%, B to 10-60 vol.% and C to 20-80 vol.%, and A plus B is limited to 20-80 vol.%. |
