PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable hot working, the efficiency of which is improved and which has high roughness on a worked surface even in the case of hot-rolling a bard- to-work material such as stainless steel. SOLUTION: This tool is a hot working tool in which the contact surface with a base stock consists of a sintered compact and glass of 3-50 vol.% which is softened by beat at the time of hot working and executes lubrication action by being present on the contact surface is contained. In this way, the glass is softened by the heat at the time of hot working, automatically presents on the surface and executes the lubrication action. So the working saving labor and time and without the irregularity on the worked surface is enabled. |
