PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit tablet effect for a fixed time while efficiently giving the effect to water by interposing a fixed flow valve on the upstream side of the tablets. SOLUTION: In a primary chamber 9 of a flow passage 8, a fixed flow valve 30 is interposed. This fixed flow valve 30 has a core 32 and an O-ring 3 housed in a cylindrical housing 31, and between the two, a water passing path is formed. The O-ring 33 is not deformed to keep specified water passing area when feeding pressure of water passing through the water passing path is low or normal. When the feeding pressure is high, however, it is deformed according to pressure change to block the water passing path and to reduce the water passing area. By this, even when water feeding pressure is changed, the fixed quantity of water can be normally fed. The fixed flow valve 30 may be any type that can fix the fed quantity of water even when feeding pressure is changed. In this way, the effect of tablets can be sufficiently exerted for a fixed time. |
