PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform an operation in such a way that an operator holds and operates an endoscope and two forceps for the pharynx for himself. SOLUTION: An apex working part 12 is provided at the apex of a narrow rigid rod 11 formed in such a way that a half part of the front side is curved in a circular arc at about 90 deg.. An inserting part 31 of an endoscope 30 at the apex part of which an observation window and an illumination window are arranged side by side along the rod 11 of a forceps 10 for the pharynx wherein the apex working part 12 is worked by remote control from an operating part 13 provided at the end part on the hand side of the rod 11 is fitted. In this case, the observation window and the illumination window are arranged at a position facing to the apex working part 12.
