<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable effectively using treating water from a wet electric precipitator. SOLUTION: In this treating device, waste water from a wet electric precipitator 1 provided with a circulating water treating system for normally forming a water film on a dust collecting electrode and a replenishment water system is recovered in a waste water tank 6 and is drawn out by a drain pump 7 to obtain blow water 8 to be fed to a desulfurizer. In this case, the drain pump 7 is installed in the poststage of the Waste water tank 6, and the drain pump 7 is controlled by an inverter 9 and a controller 10. Based on a boiler load signal 11 from a boiler, the controller 10 controls the inverter 9. In this way, since the blow water 8 is adjusted so that its quantity does not exceed the one needed for equipment such as the desulfurizer, the blow water 8 is effectively used without waste.</p> |
