HOLLOW DOUBLE-WALL PANEL AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow double-wall panel having a homogeneous glass on an overall outer surface of one wall, and a method for manufacturing it. SOLUTION: The panel 1 of a hollow double-wall structure is obtained by blow molding an amorphous resin. An outer surface of the one wall 2 has a homogeneous glass of 50% or more of a glossness (JIS K 7105). The panel 1 has a partition wall 4 for integrally connecting the one wall 2 to the other wall 3 in a hollow part 3. A mean thickness of the wall 4 is 0.9 times or less as large as the mean thickness obtained from the thicknesses of the walls 2 and 4.
