PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function of correcting nonlinear light FM wave to linear light FM sweep for improving the measuring accuracy of a light frequency linear sweeping device and reduce the cost. SOLUTION: This sweeping device 81 is constituted by providing a light source (a variable wavelength type light source) 87 capable of outputting light FM signal of which light wavelength varies with time in a specific period, and correcting modulation of light FM signal based on external correction signal, a reference signal generator 83 generating reference signal necessary for the wavelength variation control of the light source 87, a correction signal generator 84 preparing in advance a correction signal for correcting to make a modulation characteristic specific to the light source 87 and outputting the prepared correction signal, and an adder 86 adding the reference signal and the correction signal and supplying the added output to the light source 87. |
