PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the magnitude of spring constant of an elastic body corresponding to the direction of the external load (cornering load) without increasing the manufacturing cost and the weight. SOLUTION: A hollow cavity blank part 70 is formed between a suspension rod 32 and an inner cylinder 60 in an elastic body 62 of a rudder bush 50. By forming the cavity blank part 70 on the elastic body 62, the compression load acts on an area including the cavity blank part 70 when the compression load acts on the suspension rod 32, whereby the spring constant of the elastic body is relatively decreased, and the compression load acts on an area not including the current-shaped part 70 in a case when the tensile load acts on the suspension rod 32, whereby the spring constant of the elastic body 62 is relatively increased. |
