PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent solder from flowing to the electrode forming part of a piezoelectric oscillator surely by forming connecting parts at the forward end of the conducting pattern of a flexible cable and making a recess opening at least sideways at the connecting part. SOLUTION: Connecting parts 34 are formed at a pitch matching to the pitch of the segment electrodes of a piezoelectric oscillator 9 on the forward end side of the conducting pattern 32 of a flexible cable 13. Furthermore, recesses 35 having open opposite ends are made at a constant pitch in the direction orthogonal to the extending direction of the conducting pattern 32. When the connecting parts 34 are positioned with respect to the electrode 24 and a specified pressure is applied from the surface of the cable 13 while heating, a solder layer 36 is melted and the connecting parts 34 are bonded to the electrode 24. In the bonding process, excess solder of a solder layer 36 is prevented from being sucked from a side opening into a gap defined by the recess 35 in connecting part 34 of the conducting pattern 32 and the electrode 24 by capillarity and flowing to the electrode of the piezoelectric oscillator 9.
