PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize easy and sure fixing of a large number of circular saws onto a rotating shaft with a comparatively simple mechanism. SOLUTION: On the surface of a rotating shaft 4 having circular saws 5...5 arranged slidably and fixably thereon, flexible metal members 11 are provided axially. In addition, a gap (a groove) 11c is provided on the rear surface side of each flexible metal member 11 so as to supply a pressure oil from a pressure oil generator 13 in the gap in order to swell out the flexible metal member 11, resulting in fixing the respective circular saws 5...5 onto the rotating shaft 4. After the respective circular saws 5...5 are positioned under the state that the supplying of the pressure oil from the pressure oil generator 13 is stopped, the pressure oil is supplied. Thus, the fixation of all the circular saws 5...5 onto the rotating shaft 4 can be possible at one effort.
